PURPOSE.
This notice provides guidance for all Flight Standards District Offices (FSDO), including principal inspectors (PI), that oversee and authorize operators to use electronic flight bag (EFB) computing devices for operational flights, in accordance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations parts 91,121, 125, 129 and 135.
