AIM
The aim of this agreement is to standardize the:
a. Definitions of terms associated with NBC reconnaissance and survey.
b. Basic tenets of NBC reconnaissance and survey operations.
c. Essential information which should be recorded by NBC recce/survey teams.
d. Basic tenets of sampling operations.
e. Basic tenets for recce of toxic industrial hazards (TIH), to include toxic industrial chemicals (TIC) and low level radiation.
