scope:
PURPOSE. This supplement to Order DOT 2770.7A, Imprest Fund Manual, which is appendix 1 to FAA Order 2770.4A, Imprest Fund, establishes the Federal Aviation Administration's policy and operational guidance on the issuance, control, and maintenance of the third party drafts (TPD) under a third party payment system through the services of a contractor. The Third Party Draft Program administers the third party payment system by the Department of Transportation administrations to issue drafts through the services of the TPD contractor.
