Purpose
This revision is published to correct printing errors, to clarify and simplify forms and records procedures, and to incorporate current Department of the Army guidance. In addition to modest changes throughout the manual, the changes of major significance are:
a. The inclusion of a separate chapter for Materiel Condition Status Reporting.
b. The inclusion of a separate chapter for Aircraft Forms and Records.
c. The inclusion of a separate chapter for Equipment Improvement Recommendations and Warranty
