This instruction applies to all PEO C4I and Space/SPAWAR activities involved in Technical Documentation lifecycle management including planning, budgeting, acquisition, approval, distribution, maintenance, and disposal.
Purpose. This directive supplements references (a) through (d) and establishes policies, responsibility, and guidelines for the management of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) and Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence and Space (PEO C4I and Space) Technical Documentation.
