scope:
Purpose. This ETL provides guidance to help the base civil engineer (BCE) and other users in the design and maintenance of RMP. The design approach uses the elastic layered method for flexible pavements, modified to the specific material properties of RMP (paragraph 5.1). Maintenance may include joint and crack sealing, spot repairs, and surface grooving (paraghraph 5.2).
