scope:
The equipment described in this specification is a remoting equipment for the FA-5530 VHF/UHF Direction Finder. The equipment will be used for the transfer of control functions, audio, and direction finding signals between the direction finder receiver and its remote indicator. Transmission of all data will normally be over a telephone line, although in some cases the data will be transmitted over a microwave link.
