scope:

The Depot Level Rework Program for NSCOP and RCOH SE is comprised of a number of coordinated maintenance efforts including rework, calibration, repair, modification, verification, and certification of SE end items. It encompasses funding, man-hour allocation, scheduling, and reporting procedures for SE. All work follows appropriate Maintenance Plans (MP) or maintenance manuals.

Purpose. To establish policy, assign responsibilities and provide procedures within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for the management and execution of depot level rework of New Ships Construction Outfitting Program (NSCOP) And Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Program Support Equipment (SE) end items.
