scope:
This part of the specification sets forth the technical requirements for the design, fabrication, assembly, erection, shipment, installation, quality control, and testing of Type I shelters to be used to house reconfigured, single channel tube type ILS equipment. These requirements will supplement and/or modify the basic shelter requirements contained in Part 1 to delineate the shelter needs for the specific ILS application. In the event of conflicts between Part 1 and Part 2, the requirements of Part 2 shall govern.
