This guide specification covers the preparation and use of Design-Build (DB) Quality Control. This guide specification will normally be used for Category One and Category Two projects. It may be also used for smaller, complex projects at the discretion of the Government. This section requires specific editing of the QC requirements. This section, as edited, shall be reviewed and approved by the Administering ROICC Office prior to the 100 percent design submission.
