scope:
Purpose.
This regulation provides guidance on the evaluation framework to be used in Corps of Engineers flood damage reduction studies. It is jointly promulgated by Planning and Engineering.
Applicability.
This regualtion is applicable to all HQUSACE elements, major subordinate commands, districts, laboratories and field operating agencies (FOA) having civil works responsibilities. It applies to all implementation studies for flood damage reduction projects.
