NAVAIR commands operating BH facilities.
Purpose. Establish policies and procedures within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for Geographic Bachelor (GB) berthing rights for military personnel. In order to provide equitable support for all military at our commands, GBs should be afforded the opportunity for berthing in NAVAIR Bachelor Housing (BH) assets as promulgated in reference (a). This instruction does not confer additional rights not in compliance with references (a) through (c).
