This notice implements the May 6, 1998, Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) for the design approval of aeronautical product repairs. It provides guidance for the reciprocal acceptance of repair design data approved by the FAA, TCCA, and their designees/delegates for the performance of repairs to aeronautical products.
