scope:
Purpose.
To implement the provisions of references (a) through (c) by establishing policies and procedures for the management, coordination, and operation of the Hotline Program within NETC.
Applicability.
Provisions of this directive are applicable to all Department of the Navy (DON) active duty and reserve military personnel, civilian employees, and personnel of non-appropriated fund activities within NETC.
