scope:
a. To assign responsibility for management and operation of the program to accomplish the routine demilitarization and disposal of excess, surplus, and foreign excess AEDA and inert ordnance material supplementing references (a) through ( u ) .
b. To promulgate policies and procedures to be followed in processing ordnance material which has been determined to be disposable by the cognizant Inventory Manager or appropriate authority.
c. To transmit controls regarding expense that may be charged to disposal funds provided by this Command and guidance for the preparation and submission of budget requirements, supplemental funding requests, workload plans, and required workload and expense report.
