Purpose.
To establish policy and procedures for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) activities to pursue public affairs (PA) initiatives through locally initiated programs and projects, and establish a reporting requirement to identify PA accomplishments. This revision changes the requirement for submitting PA Plan Reports from annually to weekly.
