1.1 Form:

This specification covers a polyamide-imide plastic filled with graphite and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in the form of molded or extruded bar, rod, and shapes.

1.2 Application:

These products have been used typically for parts requiring low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, thermal resistance, and toughness up to 250 °C (482 °F), but usage is not limited to such applications.
