scope:

Purpose. To establish policy, assign responsibilities, and provide procedures for optimizing the use of the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Family and its associated Test Program Sets (TPSs) by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) within the naval aviation maintenance process. The CASS Family includes the mainframe configurations of Hybrid, Radio Frequency, Communications/Navigation Identification Friend of Foe (IFF), Electro-Optic, and High Power as well as the Reconfigurable Transportable Configuration Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS).
