Scope and Applicability.
This instruction applies to ships, systems, equipments, components, related technical manuals and other technical data, and software designed, developed, procured, produced, maintained, stored, transported, and issued under the cognizance of the NAVSEASYSCOM including Inventory Control Point (ICP) procurements, and to material under the cognizance of other commands of military departments which are processed at NAVSEASYSCON shore activities.
