To establish procedures and responsibilities for watchstanding while assigned to Commander, Naval Reserve Force (COMNAVRESFOR); Commander, Naval Air Forces Reserve (COMNAVAIRES); Commander, Naval Reserve Forces Command (COMNAVRESFORCOM) hereafter referred to as Headquarters commands. References (a) through (c) provide general guidance on watchstanding. References (d) through (g) contain guidelines for casualty assistance processing. Enclosures (1) through (8) are to be used with this instruction. This revision implements daily checklists and watchstanding qualification procedures. This instruction has been completely revised and should be read in its entirety.
