Purpose. Provide policy and guidance concerning the reporting of accident and illness frequency rate data pertaining to the execution of the Formally Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP).
Applicability. This circular is applicable to all USACE commands with FUSRAP mission responsibilities.
