This instruction applies to the TEAM when assigning civilian and military personnel to Integrated Program Teams (IPTs), Product Support Teams (PSTs), and Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) associated with Naval Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEO); Program Executive Officer for Air Anti Submarine Warfare, Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)); Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T)); and Program Executive Officer for Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation (PEO(W)); and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) programs. TAAs may also be used to document customer-supplier agreements between competencies and for the assignment of personnel to Enterprise Teams (ETs) and Externally Directed Teams (EDTs).
