scope:
PURPOSE. This procedure describes the processes for the provision and use of administrative telecommunication facilities, equipment and services at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
APPLICABILITY. This procedure applies to all employees of GSFC, personnel assigned to GSFC, and contractor and subcontractor personnel authorized to use government telecommunication systems at GSFC.
