This drawing describes the requirements for a thermally sensitive die chip thermistor available in ±1 percent, ±2 percent, ±5 percent, and ±10 percent resistance tolerances. These thermistors exhibit positive temperature coefficient (PTC) characteristics and are primarily intended for incorporation into epoxy/wire bond applications. The size of these thermistors is value dependent (see figure 1).
