PURPOSE.
This Instruction prescribes the policies and procedures for identifying Full-Time Support (FTS) requirements funded by the Reserve Training (RT) Appropriation. It assigns responsibility for identifying, planning, programming, and budgeting positions, and it establishes priorities for allocating FTS authorizations in support of the training and administration of the Reserve Component (RC).
