Purpose of This Notice.
This notice provides revised guidance for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate-holding district offices (CHDO), certificate management offices (CMO), and principal inspectors (PI) assigned to operators conducting operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 121, 135, 121/135, 129, and § 129.14. This notice cancels all Operations Specification (OpSpec) D485 templates for operators conducting airplane operations under parts 121, 135, 121/135, 129, and § 129.14. This is a mandatory change to OpSpec D485.
