This Guidance applies to staff in the Chief Operating Officer and Asset Performance Directorates
Purpose
The purpose of this Guidance is to establish a framework that London Underground (LU) has in place to govern the usage of Catering Vouchers in operational settings. This will reduce the costs of operating operational canteens to Transport for London (TfL) and allow for any 'extras' to be purchased through a Centurion's or Duty Depot Manager's budgets
