Purpose.
To define policy, responsibilities , and authorities for the coordination and alignment of Naval Science , Technology , Engineering , and Mathematics (STEM) education and outreach programs.
Applicability.
This instruction applies to all U. S . Navy and Marine Corps installations , commands , activities , units , and field offices executing STEM education and outreach programs.
