Description
Solution, weedkiller, chlorate, consists of a concentrated aqueous solution of commercial sodium chlorate and commercial calcium chloride which, after dilution with water, may be used as a spray to kill all vegetation. The herbicidal agent is the sodium chlorate, the calcium chloride being added, because of its hygroscopic nature, to reduce the risk of fire with the dead vegetation.
