There has been relatively little written about the ethical dilemmas and challenges that safety and health professionals face. There has been even less written about the philosophical approaches and the models and framework for safety and health professionals to use to resolve the dilemmas and challenges once they are identified and confronted. This book was written for safety and health professionals to aid in ethical decision-making and presents case studies showcasing various approaches taken when faced with such dilemmas.
