This Standard specifies requirements for fixed general purpose luminaires incorporating electric light sources for operation on supply voltages not exceeding 1000 V. It is to be read in conjunction with those sections of AS/NZS 60598.1 to which reference is made. This Standard also specifies requirements for double-capped LED lamps (Appendix A) and T8 to T5 lamp converters (Appendix B).
