Dieses Dokument gilt für Räume im Gebäudebestand. Es beschreibt Vereinfachungen an der Heizlastberechnung nach DIN EN 12831 zur näherungsweisen Ermittlung der Raumheizlast. Das Verfahren sollte nur dann angewendet werden, wenn keine detaillierten Bauteildaten und Flächenangaben eines Raumes vorliegen.
Das Verfahren ist für Räume in Wohn- oder wohnähnlichen Gebäuden ohne raumlufttechnische Anlagen anwendbar.
Die Ergebnisse der Berechnungen können als Grundlage für den Heizkörperaustausch,
Zur vereinfachten Ermittlung der Gebäudeheizlast wird die Anwendung von DIN EN 12831 Beiblatt 2 empfohlen, da hiermit eine höhere Genauigkeit beim Rechenergebnis erzielt werden kann.
