Introduction

Note: Nothing in this standard supercedes applicable laws and regulations.

Note: In the event of conflict between the English and domestic language, the English language shall take precedence.

Purpose. The purpose of this standard is to verify the functional interface between the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) and Body Control Module (BCM) when Teen or Valet Mode is active in the vehicle. Applicability. This standard is applicable for vehicles equipped with the Teen and/or Valet Mode.

Remarks. Not applicable.
