scope:
This instruction provides procedures for the official designation of a COR. The provisions of this instruction apply to all contracts in which a COR is designated by the PCO.
Purpose.
To provide updated guidance to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters and its field activities personnel on the use of the COR, his/her duties, responsibilities, limitations, and relationship to the Contracting Officer.
