scope:
ISO 14065 specifies principles and requirements for bodies that undertake validation or verification of greenhouse gas (GHG) assertions. ISO 14065 is GHG programme neutral. If a GHG programme is applicable, the requirements of that GHG programme are additional to the requirements of ISO 14065. NOTE If a requirement of ISO 14065 prohibits a GHG validation or verification body from complying with a requirement of the GHG programme, the requirement of the GHG programme takes precedence.
