Dieser Teil von ISO 16773 enthält einige typische Beispiele von Impedanzspektren von polymerbeschichteten und unbeschichteten Proben (siehe Anhang A). Außerdem werden einige Anleitungen zur Interpretation gegeben. Weitere Beispiele für Spektren von Systemen mit niedriger Impedanz (Bereich von z.
