This guide specification covers the requirements for providing sustainability documentation for Guiding Principles Validation (GPV), and Third Party Certification (TPC). Guiding Principles Validation (GPV) is equivalent to meeting the requirements of UFC 1-200-02 "HIGH PERFORMANCE AND SUSTANINABLE BUILDING REQUIREMENTS." All projects must meet the requirements of UFC 1-200-02.
