This report details the demonstration of the practical benefits of adopting many of the innovative features and techniques used in the design and construction of the European Concrete Building Project's in-situ concrete frame building at Cardington, for which a series of Best Practice guides and companion reports are available. Details are given of the application of innovations to a live project involving the construction of Blocks F and G in the large residential and mixed-use development known as St George Wharf.
