This standard describes approaches for performing a test of the transferability of meteorological data as defined in TA Luft. It investigates whether a dataset to be transferred, comprising wind speed, wind direction and stability, is spatially and temporally representative of the atmospheric stratification (AKTerm, AKS) for a dispersion calculation in accordance with the requirements of VDI 3783 Part 13.
The annex lists examples of the solution of certain parts of the transferability test.
