PURPOSE.
This change to FAA Order 8000.89 provides protection from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 193 for information received by the Agency in accordance with Advisory Circular (AC) 00-68, from production approval holders (PAHs), design approval holders (DAHs), and design and manufacture organization designation authorization (D&M ODAs).
