scope:
The standard is applicable to courses for further training of staff in the field of reprocessing of medical devices (process-related training) and of staff of medical devices manufacturers, particularly developers (device-related training).
It aims to convey the particulars to be observed in conducting the risk management process in connection with the reprocessing of medical devices.
The recommendations made in VDI 5700 Part 1 are taken into account in the training course.
