This document specifies three test methods for the estimation ofthe freeze-thaw resistance of concrete with regard to internalstructural damage. It can be used either to compare newconstituents or new concrete compositions against a constituent ora concrete composition that is known to give adequate performancein the local environment or to assess the test results against someabsolute numerical values based on local experiences. Extrapolationof test results to assess different concrete i.e. new constituentsor new concrete compositions requires an expert evaluation.
