This Technical Report gives guidance for designing rolling stockfor its specified ranges of environmental conditions according toEN 50125-1. This guidance covers environmental conditions inEurope. The relevant clauses for the particular vehicle should bechosen and described in the vehicle specification. Depending on theranges selected, design and/or testing provisions described in thisTechnical Report should be taken into account. This TechnicalReport is a collection of existing test descriptions and designguidance based on long lasting experience of operators, testcentres and industry.
