This International Standard lays down the basic dimensions andtolerances in millimetres for headless and headed matrixes, in theoutside diameter range of 5 mm to 50 mm. It gives examples ofmaterial and hardness, and specifies a designation for matrixesthat meet the requirements of this International Standard. Thedimensions and tolerances of the matrixes specified in thisInternational Standard are adapted to conform to those for punchesspecified in ISO 8020.
