ThisInternational Standard provides an introduction to the ISO/IEC330xx family of standards for process assessment; it describes howthe parts of the family of standards for process assessment fittogether and provides guidance for their selection and use. Itexplains the requirements contained within the suite and theirapplicability to performing assessments.
