This International Standard specifies the trainer-seatdeflection limiting volume (DLV), space envelope and performancerequirements, and dimensions, for use in laboratory evaluations ofprotective structures on earth-moving machinery as defined in ISO6165. The effects of vibration are not considered a significantrisk for short-term or temporary seats and are therefore outsidethe scope of this International Standard.
