This International Standard specifies requirements and testmethods for awnings for leisure accommodation vehicles. It appliesto the different types of awnings described in Clause 4. ThisInternational Standard does not apply to sun awnings as defined in3.4. Requirements concerning flame retardant finishing of thefabric could not be included in this International Standard becauseof known disadvantages of that finishing in other respects.Manufacture
