This European Standard specifies an inductively coupled plasmaoptical emission spectrometric method for the determination ofnickel content (mass fraction) between 5,0 % and 25,0 % in alloyedsteels. The method does not apply to alloyed steels having niobiumand/or tungsten contents higher than 0,1 %.
