Bu standard, kagit ve kartondan belirli ucucu ve yari ucucumaddelerin gecisi veya migrasyonunu degerlendirmek icin bir yontemikapsar. Bu deney yontemi, kuru, yagsiz gida ile temas etmesibeklenen kagit ve karton ile firinda pisirme amacli kagit ve kartonicin olusturulmustur. Son durumda modifiye polifenilen oksit (MPPO)yagli temas icin ikame bir benzer olarak gorulebilir. Not - MPPOzeytin yaginin yerine gecen bir benzer olarak takullanilabilir.
