scope:
Establishes the following characteristics: a classification ofthe gauges and shielding devices, technical construction andperformance requirements for radiation protection when using aradioactive source, control and test methods to verify thecompliance with those requirements, indications to be shown on thegauges. Does not apply to gauges which are not subject to generalrules regarding supply and possession of artificial radionuclidesnor to ion generators.
